Secondary Opinion & Report Readings

The most popular service I offer is a secondary opinion and re-reading of wellness history. Often times clients will maintain a relationship with their primary care doctor, because they have prescription medications they cannot or will not stop taking. A secondary opinion allows you, the client, to feel empowered when speaking with your primary care physician about your health. We educate the client about how the body works, which helps you make better decisions based on your personal goals.

• re-evaluating recent reports based on functional numbers and overall wellness
• creating an herbal & nutritional action plan based on our opinions/findings
• Giving you a full write up of what is found so that you can take it back to your primary care physician if necessary.

Functional Health Plans

• Evaluate your current health concerns
• Look over past history/reports & evaluate based on functional methods
• Recommend new blood work (if necessary) to evaluate proper recent levels (lab testing at cost of client, we are not licensed to offer blood work)
• In-depth look at past medical, emotional, and health history to properly evaluate the state of the whole body
• Create a nutrition &herbal protocol to support the whole body with the client’s personal goal to eliminate wellness concerns.

Nutrition Action Plans

Would you like to live healthier and reevaluate your overall diet? That’s exactly what we do in this scenario. Many people don’t know what they don’t know. In this service, I evaluate your overall health and environment, and help you make it better!

IMPORTANT INFO & CREDENTIALS

Under the current Virginia state laws, herbalism and naturopathy are not regulated. This is a benefit for the natural health industry and those who wish to make healthcare decisions based on natural medicine.

In 2010, Amy began studying herbalism and natural medicine under clinical doctor, epidemiologist, and researcher, Dr. Jessie Hawkins. From there, her herbalism and natural medicine skills and education grew exponentially, until 2020 when the pandemic hit and Amy began seeing more and more clients.

Amy was a powerful advocate and educator during the 2020 pandemic, hosting weekly, and sometimes daily livestreams for the local community and nation. Many of the local healthcare facilities in her area began using her methods to naturally support and treat issues that stemmed from the 2020 healthcare crisis.

She counseled many people and practitioners on how to handle the crisis from a natural medicine standpoint—by supporting the whole body, not just the respiratory tract. Her methods are still in practice in many of these healthcare practices today.

Note: we do not “treat” or “diagnose” as a licensed medical doctor would do.
