REFUGE OF LIBERTY WELLNESS

Amy Fewell

I believe in real food, real freedom, real health, real community, and the Creator Who created us all. I believe in living a simple and quiet life, and faith over fear. One of the most unique things about my approach as a natural health coach and herbalist is that I always involve Jesus at the center of everything. So often our physical disease can be a result of our spiritual infirmities. I’m honored to partner with you physically and spiritually through the process.

Under the current Virginia state laws, herbalism and naturopathy are not regulated. This is a benefit for the natural health industry and those who wish to make healthcare decisions based on natural medicine.

In 2010, Amy began studying herbalism and natural medicine under clinical doctor, epidemiologist, and researcher, Dr. Jessie Hawkins. From there, her herbalism and natural medicine skills and education grew exponentially, until 2020 when the pandemic hit and Amy began seeing more and more clients.

Amy was a powerful advocate and educator during the 2020 pandemic, hosting weekly, and sometimes daily livestreams for the local community and nation. Many of the local healthcare facilities in her area began using her methods to naturally support and treat issues that stemmed from the 2020 healthcare crisis.

She counseled many people and practitioners on how to handle the crisis from a natural medicine standpoint—by supporting the whole body, not just the respiratory tract. Her methods are still in practice in many of these healthcare practices today.

Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.
